• • The sale and consumption of alcohol on the premises are subject to UK licensing laws. Sultan's is licensed to serve alcohol during the times stated above.
• • Alcohol will not be sold or served to anyone under the age of 18. Valid identification (passport, driving license, or government-approved ID) will be required to verify age.
• • Any guest appearing under the age of 25 will be asked to provide proof of age under the Challenge 25 policy.
• • Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

• • Reservations are recommended but not required. For large groups, advance booking is encouraged to ensure availability.
• • Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• • Sultan's reserves the right to refuse a reservation or to ask guests to leave the premises if they fail to comply with these terms, including unacceptable behavior or failure to adhere to the age restrictions.

4. Payment Terms

• • All payments for food, beverages, and services must be made in full before leaving the premises.
• • We accept payment via cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• • Any service charge or gratuity is discretionary but may be added to your bill for large parties.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

• • Please notify staff of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements prior to placing your order. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that food is prepared in a completely allergen-free environment.
• • Sultan's will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions where the customer has not informed us of their allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Conduct and Safety

• • All guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects the comfort and safety of others.
• • Any form of disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
• • Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. There may be designated smoking areas available outside.

7. Liability

• • Sultan's will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of its customers while on the premises. However, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless directly caused by the negligence of the Company or its staff.
• • Sultan's is not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged on the premises. Please take care of your belongings.

8. Customer Complaints

• • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service or the quality of the food and beverages provided, please notify a member of staff immediately so that we can address the issue.
• • Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the registered address listed above or via email, and we will respond as promptly as possible.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• • Sultan's reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms and Conditions, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with legal regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments to Terms

Sultan's reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and made available on request.
